Charles is a passionate trainer who takes his client individual needs into consideration when building a tailored and unique workout plan. By setting small achievable goals he is able to monitor his clients progress and make changes to the plan when needed in order to keep results consistent while building confidence and motivation.

Charles started his fitness journey through boxing training which later progressed into kickboxing and Muay Thai. Throughout the years he has also trained with competing bodybuilders and powerlifters to help broaden his knowledge and experience within the gym environment. Charles is a firm believer that consistency is the fastest route to success.
