BALANCE AND STABILITY

When assessing movement we always look at your ability to balance in normal single leg movements, which are very common in day to day life and sports. This plays a large role in preventing hip, knee and ankle injuries.

MOBILITY AND FLEXIBILITY

We look at your joint mobility and overall flexibility to see if there are any restrictions causing you problems.
