You may like cardio or despise it; either way we’ll find the types that work best for you and keep you engaged. It doesn’t all have to be putting in long hours on the treadmill. In fact we can create cardio programmes for you that mean you never have to step foot on one. Unless of course you like treadmills. Then we’ll design you a programme that includes some time on them. It’s all about finding what works for you.

LOW INTENSITY CARDIO

This helps to develop your foundations of fitness. Fat becomes the main fuel at this level which helps to get your body used to burning it.

Our specialist trainers will incorporate elements of low intensity cardio into your sessions as well as giving you tasks to do outside of sessions.

HIIT

High intensity interval training plays a big role in boosting your fitness level. It also keeps you metabolism elevated after you have finished, meaning extra calories being burned.

Our trainers know exactly how much to push you so that you get the most out of your sessions.
