We don't do big classes. We do small group personal training. Still get that personal touch with some camaraderie too.
A small group class for people who are recovering from spine, joint and muscular issues, focused on training correct movements, stability and core strength.
With a maximum of five participants in a class, exercises and difficulty will be adjusted to suit you. So, whether you are looking for some easy exercises to keep you pain free or want to reduce injury risk for sport, this will be tailored to you.
Yoga and Meditation
At Elevate LDN, we do Yoga differently. We don't do big classes where you get forgotten at the back. We deliver small group classes with a maximum of 5 participants.
Combining elements of Hatha and Ashtanga, our small group sessions are the safest and most effective way to develop your Yoga practice.
Corporate Group Training
Elevate LDN in association with PT 1to6 offers companies the chance for their staff to train in a small personal training group (maximum group size is 6).
Intensity and exercises will be varied to suit the needs of each member of the group. This is not a generic class environment. Each second of every session is specifically tailored to you.
