Small Group Training

We don’t do big classes. We do small group personal training. Still get that personal touch with some camaraderie too.
A small group class for people who are recovering from spine, joint and muscular issues, focused on training correct movements, stability and core strength.
With a maximum of five participants in a class, exercises and difficulty will be adjusted to suit you. So, whether you are looking for some easy exercises to keep you pain free or want to reduce injury risk for sport, this will be tailored to you.
