A SMALL GROUP REHABILITAION CLASS IN LONDON
In the sessions you will practice various techniques and movement sequences that will teach you how to properly support your spine and joints. With a maximum of five participants in a sessions, exercises and difficulty will be adjusted to suit you. So, whether you are looking for some easy exercises to keep you pain free or want to reduce injury risk for sport, this can be tailored to you.
