Ben comes with a wealth of experience as a personal trainer. His 7 years as a coach has seen him work with an array of goals ranging from classic weight loss transformations to working high level athletes across multiple disciplines. Ben combines his experience with a semi-professional rugby career and knowledge from his Sport and Exercise Science Degree to provide highly comprehensive performance coaching to people at all levels.

I went to Ben with the key goal mainly around improving my Golf game and keeping fit. we have worked on increasing mobility, increasing flexibility and maintaining strength. I often have people come upto me in the gym asking for my workouts from Ben and they are very impressed with the mobility I have achieved so far.
My golf game has improved a ton since starting. I'm now hitting the ball 40 yards further with my driver and my irons are compressed beyond belief leaving better control and flights.
