Core, pelvic floor and breathing integrated into every session for your trimester.

Breathing, alignment and pelvic floor awareness are integrated into strength and conditioning so you can manage pressure and support your changing posture. Work stays appropriate to your trimester and how you feel session to session.

Safe modifications with load, range and volume adjusted as pregnancy progresses.

Exercises are adapted for comfort, balance and medical advice. We avoid generic templates and adjust volume, range and load as pregnancy progresses, always prioritising how you respond on the day.

Managing discomfort around back ache, rib discomfort or fatigue.

We help you train around common issues and know when to refer back to your midwife or GP. The goal is sustainable activity, not pushing through pain.

A graded pathway from reconnection through to full training, respecting your recovery every step.

Breathing, pelvic floor timing and whole-body movement.

Early phases reconnect breathing, pelvic floor timing and whole-body movement before heavier loading. This supports continence, comfort and confidence as you increase demand.

Rebuild

Core reconnection and trunk stability in patterns respecting recovery.

We rebuild trunk stability and strength using clear progressions rather than rushing back to intense ab work or high-impact sessions.

Assess

Diastasis recti screening and graded core strengthening.

Where appropriate we assess abdominal separation and programme exercises that support tissue recovery and function, aligned with specialist input if your case needs it.

Return

Path back to running, lifting or sport. If you need a more structured rehab pathway, our rehabilitation service can support the transition.

TJ Tamana holds a pre and postnatal training diploma and brings over 20 years of coaching experience. Programming reflects current evidence on safe loading, core function and pelvic floor integration.
