Why This Matters for Your Training

Most personal trainers work in isolation. When a client has an injury, a niggle, or a clinical history, the trainer makes their best guess and hopes for the best.

At Elevate LDN, your trainer can consult directly with the physiotherapist, chiropractor or osteopath treating you. That means your training programme is informed by clinical assessment, not guesswork. Referrals are a short walk along the corridor, not a separate trip across London.

This collaborative approach is especially valuable if you are recovering from injury, returning after surgery, or managing a long-standing condition alongside a structured training programme.

Rehabilitative personal training at Elevate LDN alongside clinical support

Clinical Support Available

Elevate LDN grew out of London Healthcare Clinic and operates alongside City Foot Health podiatry and the chiropractic team at Pro Performance Clinics. These services are all available in the same building, and your trainer can coordinate directly with any practitioner to support your programme.

Physiotherapy

Assessment, hands-on treatment and exercise-based rehabilitation for pain, stiffness and recovery after injury or surgery.

Chiropractic

Focused care for joint and spine-related complaints, combining manual therapy with guidance on movement and loading.

Osteopathy

Whole-person assessment and manual treatment that considers posture, mobility and how different regions of the body interact.

Sports Massage

Targeted soft-tissue work to ease tightness, support recovery and complement training blocks between harder sessions.

Shockwave Therapy

Non-invasive treatment for tendon pain and chronic soft-tissue conditions such as plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow and Achilles tendinopathy.

Acupuncture

Used for pain management, muscle tension and recovery support. Often combined with physiotherapy or chiropractic treatment.

Podiatry & Biomechanics

Provided by City Foot Health. Biomechanical assessments, gait analysis, sports injury treatment and foot care for runners, lifters and anyone on their feet all day.

TECAR Therapy

Radiofrequency-based treatment that accelerates tissue healing and reduces inflammation. Used to speed recovery from muscle and joint injuries.

Infrared Sauna

Deep-heat recovery sessions that support muscle relaxation, circulation and general wellbeing alongside your training programme.

How the Collaboration Works

1

Consultation

You book a training consultation. We discuss your goals, history and any injuries or conditions.

2

Clinical Input

If needed, your trainer refers you to a clinician in the building for assessment or treatment before training begins.

3

Aligned Programme

Your training programme is built around clinical recommendations. Your trainer and clinician communicate directly.

4

Ongoing Support

As you progress, your programme adapts. If anything flares up, clinical support is steps away.

Trusted by Clinicians and Clients

5.0 (41 reviews)

“As a chiropractor, I have been referring people to the team at Elevate LDN for over a decade now. I trust them to rehab and train my patients when they are returning from injuries and I get outstanding results and feedback from each patient. I cannot recommend enough if you have back pain, neck pain or sports injuries and are looking for the best personal trainers in The City of London.”

Robert Griffiths Chiropractor

“Collaboration with Ben was truly a great experience in my clinical practice. He is always very proactive, reliable and hugely experienced as a trainer and rehabilitation specialist. His understanding of functionality of the human body is admirable and he is able to utilise his skills in effective rehabilitation and training. His special interest in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation makes Ben one of the few trainers in the world licensed with this highly effective technique.”

Dominika Bezakova Physiotherapist, World Surf League

“I had the luck of meeting Ben 4 years ago and I was very impressed by his deep and solid knowledge of the human body and rehabilitation. I sent one of my patients who suffered from a complicated herniated disc process. Ben perfectly tailored the sessions to meet my patient's specific rehabilitation needs and the outcome was remarkable. Every patient I have sent to train with him has come back happy.”

Sara Ayala Physiotherapist

“I had a discectomy on my lower back and a shoulder RSI condition, and recovery was slow, so my physio recommended sessions with Ben, who specialises in spine rehab. I have never looked back. I feel much, much stronger. He has pushed me in all the important areas, but never pushed me too far. I delayed seeing Ben, partly for money reasons but largely through fear. My advice: please do not wait. It is the best money I have spent.”

Tim B. Referred by Physiotherapist

“Simply the best clinic in London, period. Ben Davies is one of the best specialist rehab trainers I have come across and he has helped me successfully overcome three major surgeries. Highly recommended.”

Rob Page Post-Surgical Rehab Client

“I regularly use Elevate for physio. I am a keen ultra runner and these folks got me through Marathon des Sables amongst other races. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable and the equipment and facilities are first class. They care deeply about your rehab, and I trust them 100%.”
