Ben Higton

Ben comes with a wealth of experience as a personal trainer. His 7 years as a coach has seen him work with an array of goals ranging from classic weight loss transformations to working high level athletes across multiple disciplines. Ben combines his experience with a semi-professional rugby career and knowledge from his Sport and Exercise Science Degree to provide highly comprehensive performance coaching to people at all levels.
