DNS Course Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and payment

Payment secures a place on the DNS course specified at the time of booking. Course places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

All prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable.

2. Certification

DNS courses are certified by the Prague School of Rehabilitation. Elevate LDN acts as the course host and organiser and is not responsible for certification decisions, course outcomes, or accreditation requirements set by the certifying body.

3. Instalment and third-party payment providers

Where available, instalment payment options may be offered via third-party providers such as Klarna. Any agreement with a third-party payment provider is separate and subject to that provider's own terms and conditions.

4. Cancellations by the attendee

Cooling-off period

Attendees may cancel their booking within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided the course start date is more than 30 days away.

Cancellations outside the cooling-off period

• More than 60 days before the course start date: Refunds may be granted at the discretion of Elevate LDN.
• 60 days or fewer before the course start date: No cash refunds will be issued. A transfer to a future course date may be offered in line with section 5.

5. Transfers

• Transfers to a future DNS course date may be requested up to 14 days before the course start date, subject to availability.
• Transfer requests made within 14 days of the course start date are considered at the discretion of Elevate LDN and cannot be guaranteed.
• Bookings may be transferred to another individual up to 7 days before the course start date, provided the replacement attendee meets the course prerequisites and notification is given in writing.

Transferred bookings retain their original value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Non-attendance

Failure to attend the course without prior agreement (no-show) will result in forfeiture of the booking. No refunds or transfers will be offered.

7. Course changes or cancellation by the organiser

In the event that Elevate LDN postpones or cancels a course, attendees will be offered the option of a full refund or a transfer to a future course date.

Elevate LDN is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees, including travel or accommodation.

8. Fitness to participate and liability

DNS courses involve physical participation. Attendees are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate and should disclose any relevant injuries or conditions prior to attendance.

Participation is at the attendee's own risk. Elevate LDN accepts no liability for injury arising from pre-existing conditions or failure to follow course instructions.
