Consolidate Your Knowledge

DNS is not a cookbook. There is no formula to follow. The power of the system lies in understanding the principles deeply enough to apply them to any client, any movement, and any context. That takes practice, and it takes confidence.

If you have completed Parts I and II, you already understand why DNS works. Part III is where you sharpen the skills to make it work consistently. Through advanced case studies, sport-specific scenarios, and hands-on coaching under expert guidance, you will develop the confidence to assess, reason, and intervene with clarity.

You will also have the opportunity to take the practical certification exam and earn your DNSET title. This DNS exercise course in London is the final step towards a recognised credential that reflects the depth of your training.

What to expect

Part III is the most intensive course in the series. It combines theoretical review of advanced DNS concepts with hands-on case study analysis and sport-specific practical work. The practical certification exam takes place on the final day for those who are eligible and choose to sit it. If you are not ready, you can attend for the learning alone and take the exam at a future Part III.

What Past Attendees Say

5.0 (41 reviews)

“As a clinical Pilates teacher, I thought I understood movement, but DNS completely reshaped how I assess and guide clients. It gave me a clearer understanding of neuromuscular control, allowing me to see beyond surface-level compensations.”

Adriana Piekarewicz Clinical Pilates Instructor, Complete Pilates London

“The tools and assessment strategies can genuinely be implemented the very next day. I would strongly recommend this seminar to any practitioner looking to refine their assessment skills and enhance their clinical results.”

Andrea Fois Chiropractor, Hackney Chiropractic London

“DNS changed the lens through which I look at exercise selection, forcing me to question why I put a client into a given position and how I address the foundational movements relevant to that individual.”

Rohan Forbes-O'Neill Personal Trainer, Third Space London

“The response I receive both physically and psychologically from each patient is remarkable. DNS practice for everyone is non-negotiable. I cannot recommend the course highly enough.”

Tina Hall Chiropractor, Bodymatters Motion, Dorset
