Ben Davies
Ben has spent over 14 years specialising in rehabilitative personal training and golf fitness. His route into the field started with a background in Parkour and his own recovery from injury, which led him to Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation (DNS), a rehabilitation methodology used by clinicians and movement specialists worldwide.
As a DNS-certified exercise trainer, Ben works closely with the chiropractors, physiotherapists and osteopaths in the on-site clinic. This collaborative approach means clients recovering from back injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation or chronic pain receive joined-up care between their clinical treatment and their training programme.
Ben is also a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 2 certified golf fitness specialist. He helps golfers address mobility restrictions that affect their swing, building the stability, strength and rotational power needed for consistent performance on the course. His programmes are tailored to each golfer following a TPI movement screen, whether they are amateur club players or competitive professionals.
With 14 years of focused experience in these two areas, Ben combines clinical-grade rehabilitation knowledge with practical, results-driven coaching.
