Jordan Deacon
Jordan is a former Army Physical Training Instructor who served for ten years in the armed forces. For the past four years he has been based in the City of London, developing his work as a personal trainer alongside clients who want to build muscle, strength and confidence.
He knows from experience how frustrating it can be to train hard without seeing progress. In the past he struggled to gain muscle, lacked confidence in the gym and found it difficult to move forward. That background shapes how he coaches today: clear expectations, accountability and programming that respects where you are starting from.
His approach combines years of hands-on client work with a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science and ongoing study of training and recovery.
