Jordan Kennedy
Jordan started Taekwondo at the age of four, and his enthusiasm for movement and physical skill has shaped his career ever since. He has more than seven years of experience as a personal trainer and moved into rehabilitation and mobility work after working through his own limitations and seeing how much clients could gain from structured, intelligent training.
He now works alongside physiotherapists and osteopaths to deliver integrated rehabilitation plans for people with a wide range of health conditions and injuries. That includes post-surgical recovery after events such as ACL tears, shoulder dislocations and hernias, spinal issues including pars defect and spondylolysis, and longer-term or complex presentations such as asthma, fibromyalgia and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome.
Training with the Postural Restoration Institute and completing a physio-led AMP Blueprint mentorship has deepened his biomechanical understanding. Jordan is also currently completing his Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation (DNS) Exercise Trainer certification, having reached Exercise Level 2. DNS adds a developmental kinesiology framework to his rehabilitative work, which is particularly valuable for clients with complex movement dysfunction or chronic pain.
He pairs that knowledge with a strength-based coaching style so clients can rebuild confidence, move more freely and work towards performance goals as well as day-to-day comfort. Sessions are clear and education-focused so people understand why they are doing each exercise and how to sustain progress on their own.

What Clients Say About Jordan
5.0 (41 reviews)“I have known the Elevate LDN team for many years. Recently I turned to them again for some rehab work to rebuild core strength and stability. Jordan was great, he does not just train you, he educates you too. That way the techniques are easy to learn and they stay with you. Just as important he balances kindness with the right edge to make you want to get it right. My one liner is: he makes you master of your own body, instead of its prisoner.”
