What Clients Say About Mike
5.0 (41 reviews)“Following an excursion to the North Pole, I had to go in to hospital for a back operation. I tasked Mike with my post-operative recovery and to prepare me for the OtillO adventure triathlon in Sweden. His highly specialised and phased process enabled me to build stability, strength and stamina. I was in great shape and highly confident for the event. Mike keeps me in solid condition in anticipation of the next crazy plan we put together and has a highly agile approach to repair me from and prepare me for my adventures.”
“I started working with Mike after emergency spinal surgery, followed by physio that had left me feeling vulnerable and weak. Mike's expertise and support have been transformative. He has helped me, bit by bit, to rebuild my strength in a sustainable and powerful way, that has left me feeling confident in my body, and has totally eliminated my back problems. Perhaps most importantly, Mike has taught me how to understand my body better and how to exercise in a way that keeps me fit, well and avoiding injuries in the first place.”
