Studio & Personal Training Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 2nd April 2026

These terms apply to personal training sessions delivered at Elevate LDN. Please read them carefully before commencing training.

1. Relationship between Elevate LDN, trainers, and clients

Elevate LDN provides a professional training facility and introduces clients to independent, self-employed personal trainers who operate from the studio.

All personal training sessions are delivered by independent trainers. The contract for training services exists directly between the client and the trainer. Elevate LDN is not a party to this contract.

2. Enquiries and trainer introductions

Clients typically enquire through Elevate LDN and may be recommended a suitable trainer based on their needs. Once introduced, all session arrangements, programming, and ongoing communication are handled directly between the client and the trainer.

3. Payments, pricing, and refunds

  • Clients pay trainers directly for personal training services.
  • Elevate LDN does not collect payment, hold client funds, or process refunds for personal training sessions.
  • Pricing, cancellation policies, and refund decisions are set by individual trainers.
  • Any refund or payment dispute must be resolved directly with the trainer.

4. Cancellations and lateness

Cancellation policies, notice periods, and charges for late cancellations or no-shows are determined by the trainer. Clients should confirm these terms with their trainer before booking sessions.

5. Trainer responsibility and insurance

Trainers operating at Elevate LDN are responsible for:

  • Session delivery and coaching
  • Exercise selection and programming
  • Client safety during sessions
  • Holding appropriate professional insurance

Elevate LDN holds public liability insurance relating to the premises and facilities.

6. Injuries, incidents, and safety

Personal training involves physical activity and carries inherent risk. Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate and for informing their trainer of any relevant injuries or conditions.

Any injury or incident occurring during a session must be reported to Elevate LDN. Responsibility for any injury or loss will be assessed based on the specific circumstances of the incident and in accordance with applicable law.

7. Equipment use

Studio equipment must only be used under the supervision of a trainer or with permission from Elevate LDN. Clients must follow all instructions provided regarding safe equipment use.

8. Complaints and concerns

If a client has a concern regarding a trainer or a session, they are encouraged to raise this with the trainer directly in the first instance.

Clients may also raise concerns with Elevate LDN. While Elevate LDN is not a party to the training contract, it takes all complaints seriously and may investigate concerns relating to professional conduct, safety, or use of the facilities.

Elevate LDN reserves the right to restrict or terminate a trainer's access to the studio where appropriate.

9. Filming and photography

Filming or photography within the studio is only permitted with the consent of the trainer and any other individuals who may appear in the footage.

10. Access and conduct

Elevate LDN reserves the right to refuse or withdraw access to the studio where behaviour, safety concerns, or failure to comply with studio rules make this necessary.

11. Solicitor-funded and third-party sessions

Where training sessions are funded by third parties such as solicitors, separate terms apply. These arrangements are agreed directly with the paying party and are not covered by these terms.
